Product finishing detail inspection is the last and most crucial step before hat shipment. Fine workmanship and perfect shaping determine the wearing experience and presentation effect of headwear products. To deliver flawless hats to every global client, we strictly carry out final finishing quality inspection for all finished hat orders. We release our on-site inspection videos to fully demonstrate our rigorous final-check standards for hat products.

Before packaging, our professional QC staff conduct a comprehensive visual check on each finished hat. Different from routine mid-production inspection, this final focusing check aims to eliminate tiny flaws missed in previous processes. We carefully check the overall silhouette, surface cleanliness, fabric flatness and overall symmetry of the hats, ensuring every finished product presents a neat and premium appearance.

Sewing stitching is the core detail of hat workmanship. In this procedure, we focus on full inspection of all stitching parts, including crown stitching, brim stitching, joint wiring and decorative thread lines. Our team strictly checks for loose threads, uneven stitches, skipped stitches, thread ends and irregular wiring. Only hats with uniform, tight and flawless stitching can pass the inspection.

To prevent hats from extrusion deformation during international long-distance transportation, we adopt a professional shape-keeping process as the final shipment procedure. After all inspections are qualified, we put customized shape-keeping paper inside each hat to support the hat body and fix the three-dimensional shape. This effective method perfectly protects the hat outline, ensuring the products arrive at customers’ hands with the original perfect shape without collapse or deformation.
